How long does it take to complete a bulk order?

The completion time for bulk orders depends on the size and complexity of the order. Typically, production for orders of 50 and above pieces takes between 2-4 weeks. Our team will provide an estimated delivery timeline for larger or customised requests when you place your order.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we offer a paid sample service. You can order an individual towel customised with your design to see how your order would look. This allows you to ensure the quality and design meet your expectations before placing a larger order.

Are there any design setup fees for bulk orders?

For most orders, design setup is included. If your design requires additional work, we will let you know before proceeding.

What fabrics and towel sizes are available?

We exclusively provide high-quality 600 GSM Egyptian cotton and cotton towels. These materials are soft, durable, and perfect for luxury and everyday use. Towels, including hand towels, bath towels, and bath sheets, are available in various sizes to suit your needs.

What is the payment process for bulk orders?

A 10% deposit is needed to initiate the ordering process. After the deposit is made, we create and send a sample of your order for approval. Once the sample is approved, the remainder of the payment must be completed before we proceed with the full order. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
