Production takes 7-10 working days from artwork approval. Turnaround depends on order size and complexity - we confirm a timeline with every quote.
Payment in full is required before production begins. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay - all processed securely via Shopify. Once payment is confirmed, we produce and send a design proof for your approval before embroidery starts.
No digitising fee on any order. This is included as standard - most competitors charge £15-50 per logo.
If your design requires additional work due to complexity above 8,000 stitches, we confirm any surcharge at artwork stage before proceeding.
Yes - we offer a paid sample service. You can order a single towel embroidered with your design before committing to a full run. Contact us to arrange this.
We supply 600gsm cotton towels in bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel, and face cloth sizes. A wide range of colours is available - let us know your brand colour when requesting a quote and we'll confirm availability.
Minor changes may be possible depending on production stage. Contact us as soon as possible - once embroidery has begun, changes cannot be made.
