Returns and Refunds for Custom-Made Products

At JBrandWorks, we take great pride in creating high-quality, personalised products tailored to your needs. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

  • The product is faulty.
  • There was an error in personalisation or the product does not match your order.

Steps to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product meets the criteria for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at juana@jbrandworks.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and the problem to help us assess the situation quickly.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty or the error was ours, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • As all our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
